WHY IS MUSCLE POWER IMPORTANT
Muscle power is important for you to be able to stand up from your chair, walk, or get up your stairs and it not take (what feels like) forever, and cross the busy streets of DC! Without muscle power, those daily tasks that you wouldn’t think twice about start to become more difficult.
After age 30 we can begin to experience what is called sarcopenia: an age related loss of muscle mass. This loss mostly effects the part of muscle that’s responsible for producing power.
But there is a solution!
The most effective way to combat sarcopenia and muscle power loss is engaging in resistance training- and SPECIFICALLY POWER TRAINING!
Are you ready to regain your power? Conquer those stairs? Stand up with ease? Walk faster? Move furniture with ease?
This workshop is for YOU!
WHY IS BREATHWORK IMPORTANT
Lead by Kara Simon of Loving Heart Holistic Wellness- Breathwork supports so many of the challenges everyone experiences.
It reduces stress, creates feelings of openness, love, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication, and connection.
Breathwork also helps release trauma or mental, physical, and emotional blocks, as well as anxiety, depression, fear, grief, and anger
Are you ready to use the power of breathwork to improve your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health?
